Day of race registration opens 1 hour before all races. Late registration closes 10 minutes before each race begins. Awards ceremony will begin immediately following each race.

Entry Fees

Series Registration:	$150.00 *	(sign up for all 6 races @ $25.00)
Individual Registration:	$ 28.00	(before Race Day)
Individual Registration	$ 31.00	(Race Day)
Team/School Registration:	$ 25.00	(No Race day registration)

*Receive a $3.00 discount per race for signing up for all six races in the series at once. Must be received by July 3rd, one day prior to the start of the 2009-2010 series.

Optional Kid’s Registration:                   $15.00 (see restrictions below)**

**Any child 12 years old or under may elect to have a cotton shirt in lieu of a technical running shirt including school teams. (Youth Medium & Adult Small sizing only)

Packet Pickup
Race Packets will be available for pickup the week before each race starting Tuesday morning at Running Zone from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. Running Zone is located at 3680 N. Cancellation Policy

All race entries fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.  All of our events will be held, rain or shine, unless conditions are unsafe.  If you cannot participate, the entry fee will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to a future race or another competitor. We will be happy to hold your race packet for two weeks after each event.  Your race packet can be picked up at Running Zone during normal business hours. 

Event Cancellation Policy

In the case of lightning, severe rain, wind or any other condition that affects the potential safety of the participants, spectators and volunteers, the event may be delayed and all participants will be asked to proceed to safety.  The event will start if the weather clears (in the case of severe weather).  In the case of light rain, the event will continue until safety becomes an issue.

In the event unusual conditions necessitate the curtailment or cancellation of the event for the safety of participants, the Race Director shall have absolute authority to make changes in order to best serve the interests and safety of the particpants of the event. In case of extreme weather, the race director shall determine if and when the event shall cease, resume or be cancelled.
