Running Zone offers FREE Fun Runs and Walks every Thursday evening starting at 6:30pm. We meet at the store for a 30 - 45 minute workout. Come join the fun!

The last Thursday of the month we have a pizza party and lots of prizes and giveaways! See you at 6:15pm, we leave at 6:30pm sharp.

Health First Health Plans & Running Zone welcome you to the 5th annual Running Zone Race Series. Our race series consists of six events this year. Our series has 4 5K’s, a 3K and a 2 miler. We offer shorter distances, with a maximun distance of 5K, to help promote participation by walkers as well as runners.
