Join us for a 30 - 45 minute walk or run through Wickham Park on Thursday evenings from Running Zone. Drinks are provided. We will also have a Pizza Party on the last Thursday of each month with lots of giveaways as well.

Health First Health Plans and Running Zone welcome you to the 5th annual Running Zone Race Series. This year’s Series offers six fun and family-friendly events including four 5Ks; one 3K and a 2-miler. We offer these shorter distances to promote participation among both walkers and runners of all ages and abilities.

Sunday Morning Group Workouts!
Group Runs/Walks with distances of 4 miles to 14 miles with water drops at mile 2 and 4. (a 7 mile out and back course) Meet at Riverfront Park at 6:30 am on the north end of the park near the restrooms. (400 Delannoy Ave) Come early and stretch as the group will start promptly at 6:30 am. If you know someone who doesn't run please encourage them to come and walk. The course heads north on Indian River Drive. Fluids will be available until 8:30 am.

There are typically 2 groups, one faster at 8.5 minute pace per mile and another at 9.5 to 10.0 minute pace per mile. There are several walkers that have a good pace. The workouts last 45 minutes to 1 hour.
