Event Description: The American Red Cross is sponsoring "Ride for the Red" weekend that includes a Pasta Overload Dinner on Aug. 23rd at 6pm with the Ride for the Red starting at 7am on Sunday morning.
To add to the Ride for the Red weekend festivities, Running Zone will be supporting the inaugural 5K (3.1 miles) walk/run on Sunday morning starting at 7:15 am. The fun run/walk is just that, a chance to run, walk, jog or jostle along the 5K USATF certified course around Brevard Community College. Want the ultimate challenge? Participate in the 5K and then head out for one of the bike rides after the 5K
